Eco bonus:
Following a sustainable and holistic tourism concept, we want to help reduce CO² emissions. If you arrive by train or by public bus, you will receive an eco bonus in the form of a discount of 10% of the room price*.
On request, we can arrange the transfer from the train stations Wörgl, Kufstein or St. Johann for you.
* Calculation basis: accommodation price excl. local tax and final cleaning; only for direct bookings; at least 90% of the distance residence-Ellmau have to be covered by train/bus by all travellers; only on presentation of the train/bus ticket.

Please note that travel restrictions for people not vaccinated against Covid-19 are only a reason for cancellation if the vaccination is not possible for health reasons or because of young age. Refusing the vaccination out of personal conviction is not enough.
Unless agreed otherwise, your reservation will only be binding for us, if the deposit is made until the day stated in your reservation confirmation.
Please note that we do not accept new bookings with pets.
Smoking is prohibited in the building. For smokers, there are ashtrays on the balconies and in front of the house.
The prices displayed in the information dialog "Show prices" are the overnight prices per occupancy. They do not include the final cleaning and the local tax. Also not included in the price are any surcharges and paid services (bread service, laundry etc.).
The prices calculated via the "Book" button are displayed including final cleaning and local tax. By clicking on the button "Price Details" you will receive a detailed breakdown.
All prices include the use of bed linen and a set of towels per week of the stay (1 towel and 1 bath towel per person). Toilet paper, detergents and dishwasher tablets are also included.
Final cleaning is in the season 2021/22 (until April 2022 inclusive):

The official local tax is Euro 2.50 per person (age 16+) and night.
