Green Arrival and Eco Bonus for travellers using public transport:
We want to help reduce CO₂ emissions. If you travel by train or public bus, you can choose from the following special offers:
Guests arriving by train as part of the Green Arrival program receive*
- free mobility consultation from the Wilder Kaiser tourism team,
- free shuttle service from the train station to the Hubenhof and back,
- a voucher for the DB onboard restaurant (for travellers of Deutsche Bahn),
- 10 % discount on ski rental in winter and bike rental in summer (at all participating rentals).
Alternatively, if you arrive by public transport, you can take advantage of our Eco Bonus in the form of a 10% discount on your accommodation price**.
You can choose between our "Eco Bonus" and the "Green Arrival" offer. Just contact the Wilder Kaiser Tourist Association or us directly.
Upon request, we are happy to arrange a transfer for you from the train stations in Wörgl, Kufstein, or St. Johann.

** Based on: accommodation price excluding local tax and final cleaning; valid only for direct bookings; at least 90% of the distance between place of residence and Ellmau must be traveled by train/bus by all travelers; only valid upon presentation of the train/bus ticket. The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry as well as our house rules apply. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the arrangement price for the unused period will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, your reservation becomes binding for us only upon receipt of a deposit.
Please note that failure to make the deposit does NOT constitute a cancellation on your part, but it does entitle us to cancel the booking.
If you choose to take out travel cancellation insurance, the insurance contract is concluded exclusively with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG (ERV). We act solely as an intermediary. The insurance premium included in the deposit amount will be forwarded by us to ERV. In the event of a cancellation, a refund of the premium is only possible with ERV’s approval.
We do not accept any new bookings with pets - no exceptions.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire building. For our smoking guests, ashtrays are available on every balcony and in front of the main entrance.
The prices shown in the “Prices” info dialog refer to accommodation per occupancy. They do not include final cleaning or the mandatory local tourism tax. Additional charges or paid services (such as bread delivery, laundry service, etc.) are also not included.
The prices calculated via the “Book” button do include final cleaning and local tax. By clicking on the “Price Details” button, you can view a detailed breakdown.
All prices include the use of bed linen and one set of towels per started week of stay (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person). Toilet paper, cleaning products, and dishwasher tablets are also included.

The mandatory local tourism tax (“Ortstaxe”), as required by law, is € 2.60 per person (age 16+) per night until November 30, 2025. As of December 1, 2025, the tourism tax will increase to € 3.50 per person per night. Please note that we have no influence over the amount or the mandatory nature of this tax.
