We offer seven comfortable apartments in various sizes for up to seven people. All apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens and new bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the upper floors, each apartment also has one or two balconies with fantastic views. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a sun terrace.

Our Haus Oswald is located in the center of Ellmau, close to shopping facilities and restaurants. The chapel park, tennis courts, and children's playground are also just a few minutes' walk away. Our guests receive a 30% green fee discount at the Wilder Kaiser golf course.

Even in winter, the house is always easily accessible by car. The local ski schools, practice lifts, and cross-country ski trail are within easy walking distance. The ski bus stop is right in front of the house.

Each apartment has a free parking space directly at the house or in our carport (reservation possible).
