Bread delivery service:

We are happy to bring you fresh bread and pastries from the regional bakery directly to the door from 8:00 am Monday to Friday. A list of products can be obtained from us at the reception. Please let us know the day before at the reception or by 16:00 at the latest via telephone, WhatsApp or E-Mail.

Internet:

Of course, you have access to our fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and also in the garden. The password will be given to you upon your arrival.

Eco bonus for your resource-saving trip:

We offer an eco-bonus in the form of a discount of 10% on the room rate* to all our guests arriving by train or by public bus. Thus, we want to give you an incentive to use the well-developed offer of public transport while on holiday.

* Calculation basis: accommodation price excl. local tax and final cleaning; only for direct bookings (no booking platforms); at least 90% of the distance residence-Ellmau have to be covered by train/bus by all travellers; only on presentation of the train/bus ticket.

Change of linen and towels:

You will receive one set of bedsheets and towels (towel and bath towel) per person as well as two dish towels per started week of your stay. This is, of course, included in the room rate.

If you wish an earlier change of textiles, just let us know. Here the prices for the linen change:

• Hand towel: Euro 2.-
• Shower towel: Euro 3.-
• Bath mat: Euro 2.-
• Pillowcase: Euro 2.-
• Duvet cover: Euro 5.-
• Bed linen: Euro 4.-

Once a week we offer you a discounted change at half price.

Parking:

For each apartment there is one parking space directly in front of the house. If you arrive with more than one vehicle, you can of course also use our parking space if still available. If all spaces are occupied, you will find a large public car park just 70 meters away.

Golf:

The Hubenhof is one of the founding hotels of the Golfclub Wilder Kaiser. You will receive a discount on the green fee if you show your Wilder Kaiser Guest Card.

Charging station for electric vehicles:

We have installed a charging station for electric vehicles right next to the house, where you can easily and quickly charge your car with 11kw (type 2 socket). Registration required (reception, phone, e-mail, WhatsApp).

We intend to keep this service free of charge. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to charge you the cost price* for this service, even during your current stay.

In case the charging station is occupied or you need a different kind of socket, you will find a public charging station just 70m away at the public car park.

* Calculation regardless of charge level: (max.charging power of vehicle x current peak reference price). If we will charge you the charing process, we will, of course, let you know the exact costs in advance.
